Thema: Web shops

Hello All,

First of all I would like to apologize for the language I use. I do not speak any German.

I have decided to get BFC Junior plus due to many positive comments and its ok appearance. The only challenge is that BFC machines are not available in Finland where I live.

I have both positive and negative experiences on ordering stuff from web shops. It seems that the whole process of ordering and receiving items is easy when everything goes well. But if something goes wrong things may get tricky. For example, one of the packets I received some time ago was damaged and it took three months and many emails and phone calls to get a new product from the seller.

But I am still optimistic and think that it is possible to get good customer service from web retailers even if there are difficulties. And I hope that it is possible to get good customer service also in case warranty issues need to be handled.

Could you recommend any Internet retailers in Germany that sell BFC and provide good customer service, possibily in English? I would like to use credit card when paying but it seems that many shops do not accept credit cards.

They sell the B.F.C. model of your choice, do credit cards via paypal and shipping to finnland is also available...

I purchased my machine from them, and was very pleased with shipping and customer service!

Some parts of the website are in english, though most parts are in german.

That webshop should be the right one! The guy, who runs this shop, speaks fluently english, as far as I know, and much better than me...

I have send you a pm as I could offer to you the BFC Junior or Pulsante via a UPS cash on delivery service if you wish. If you have a company I could even invoice and deliver to you without VAT if you have an identification number.
