Thema: Frage zur Ascaso i-mini

Hi,

ich habe eine i-mini mit Kegelmahlwerk gebraucht erstanden. Die ersten Versuche sahen recht gut aus, bei genauerem hinsehen ist das Mahlgut aber recht inhomogen.

Als nun die Bohnen sehr tief im Trichter standen habe ich gesehen, dass der Messingzapfen, der oben aus dem Mahlkegel schaut recht heftig am eiern ist.
Ist das normal? Läuft dann automatisch das ganze Mahlwerk unrund? oder ist der Zapfen zum Bohnenverteilen exzentrisch angebracht?

Habse mal aufgemacht. Der Mahlkegel eiert ca. 1mm - 1,5mm. Ist sowas ein Garantiefall, da ja ab Werk ein Fehler "vermaut" ist? Was sagen die Händler hier dazu?

Ist bei allen so. Würde mich aber auch mal interessieren, was andere dazu so sagen. Irgendwo hat das einer gemoddet einfach mit Isoband und das eiern war weg.

The conical burr was a bit wobbly on its shaft. There is a little too much play between it and the shaft so it goes on crooked. This wobbles the top (external) burr, which gradually works the hopper out of its interference fit in the top burr housing. I put a single layer of adhesive tape around the shaft, which substantially removes the wobble in the conical burr. (To remove the conical burr nut, I wrapped the conical burr in several layers of aluminum foil to protect from damage and held it with a 19mm ring spanner. IMPORTANT: The conical burr nut has a left hand thread.)"
