There are a couple of ways to make a stack. The most secure version has four V-seals, with the V shape upside down on all four. There is an alternate configuration where the seal that is second from the bottom is inverted to face upwards (see second pic) although I usually remain with the default setup. There are some people who will remove the top seal and have only one seal above the water inlet ring, but I prefer 4. People will use 3 because sometimes the large brass ring on top is tall, and results in the large 80mm hex nut that compresses the gasket stack to not thread in very deep (creating stability concerns when pulling the enormous force of the spring with the lever).

The first pic shows how I order my gasket seals, ordered from right to left, top to bottom.. The ring spacers are optional and are for adjustments in the grouphead. The configurations I mention are of course not the only ways you can successfully seal the group, but they are the ones I recommend. Your stack does have four seals but your top seal is not used for sealing and is only used as a spacer.

When assembling the group, the large 80mm nut will need to be tightened (by hand) to touch the stack and slightly compress it. Some silicone grease like DOW 111 or Loxeal-04 is good to have for lubrication.
